CORPORATE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. As a start – up, to achieve a Client’ list of 1,000 clients within the first twelve (12) months of operation in the Nigerian Private Security Guards market. This we will do by though aggressive online and below – the – line marketing. We will use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Ads to increase our visibility and share of mind among those searching online for private security guards’ services in Nigeria.
2. Establish a high brand awareness for TERRIER GUARDS & SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED within the first 12 months of operation, such that at least 20% of online searches for Private Security Guards Services turn up the name: TERRIER GUARDS as a possible option.
3. Reduce overheads and operating costs by 5% within the first 24 months of operation and thus improve our Profit Before Tax (PBT) 10% within the same period.
4. Create and Conduct a Special Training for our Marketing Staff to ensure that 90% of collectibles are collected within 30 days after we have submitted Invoices to our Clients.
5. Ensure that ALL Customer complaints are recorded immediately and attended to within 48 hours of being reported. Resolution of at least 75% of complaints must take place within 72 hours and all must be resolved within one week.
6. Achieve clients’ retention of 85% by the end of the 12^th month’s presence in the Private Security Guards business in Nigeria.
7. Achieve Customer Satisfaction Rating of 85% by the end of the first 12 months of operation in order to achieve the set Client retention benchmark within the same period.
8. Maintain turnover of Staff at not more than 15% in the first 12 months of operation.
9. Implement an Employee feedback System by December 2020
10. Create a Team to improve Employee Engagement and Retention by 15 June 2021.
